Overview

Context and purpose

I supported offline events by capturing visual materials, organizing communication assets and assisting with coordination work. These experiences strengthened my ability to respond quickly on-site, identify usable communication moments and support post-event content production.

What I was responsible for

    Mapped the event flow in advance and prioritised the moments needed for an intelligible post-event narrative.

    Captured photography and video across arrivals, openings, briefings, speeches, Q&A, audience interaction and closing moments.

    Reviewed the full shoot, selected usable frames and organised assets according to official story, recap and social-media needs.

    Applied colour correction, composition refinement and visual-style alignment to create consistent publication sets.

    Delivered clearly organised, publish-ready materials that reduced the gap between on-site production and official communication.

Process & evidence

UNESCO Director-General’s Beijing Office visit

For the official visit of UNESCO Director-General to the UNESCO Beijing Office, I was responsible for on-site photography and video recording, covering key segments including the Director-General’s meeting with the Beijing Office team, the opening of the session, office work presentations, Q&A exchanges, and the closing of the meeting, to produce a sequence of footage for a complete narrative. The resulting assets supported the official WeChat story linked below.

Process & evidence

FIRST Active Screening programme

For the FIRST Active Screening programme, I documented guest speeches, audience interaction, the event sequence and the atmosphere of the venue. After the event, I selected, colour-corrected and reframed the photographs, then aligned them into a consistent visual set for a WeChat article, recap content and social-media distribution. This full-cycle process turned a large volume of on-site material into a concise, usable package for publication.
